Its strange coz in the week I voted for 3 decoration, and was only 1 to Wednesday selection .

1) If players don't enter their rooms, it limits the pool of finalists.

2) Players can elect to have their rooms up for votes in the regular parade but not for the finals (same for Fashionista). I know of one admin and one regular player who do this.
