My original trouble ticket about this issue was posted last year. It's been bumped, bumped, and bumped again.

I know a player who has amazing deco and cannot get her room to appear in the parade. She has checked and checked the requirements and appears to have satisfied all of them.

Support first asked her what browser and device she is using (I guess in case her browser/device might prevent EVERYONE from seeing her room????).

Then they said she is still in the introduction phase of the game and needs to finish her "introduction." What?

Then when she asked for an explanation of that, they said that rooms appear randomly. Well, yes, they do. But her room should have appeared at least once in the last few weeks when she and I have checked. Someone would have seen her room at some point and voted for it, because I've seen some rooms get to the finals and win trophies over the last few months that couldn't hold a candle to her room.
