No, we do not have only 2 days! The stars of the new school year appear all year on the boulevard, they will eventually come on   

I also cannot see the Cellya outfit in Nineland.  I see a ticket has been issued, so I hope to see it soon! I've been looking for a galaxy print skirt in real life for a couple of months now, so I was happy to see it being featured here as well. Really love the look!

According to this post it was supposed to be in Nineland on September 3rd at 10am and I believe the lucky closet game said it would be available on September 4th. I understand that that there may have been some sort of delay but an update would be nice especially since the only time we get new clothes now is during an event.

The sad thing is I wasn't shocked that it was delayed and at this rate won't be posted until next week at the earliest.

Finally got Marie Curie! I was surprised because it's never taken me that long to get a new star - usually I don't see anybody but new stars for the days after they're released so I was confused when I started seeing old stars after collecting the other two stars.
