[Support] Player Support - [ACCOUNT] I've lost access to my account!
If you have lost access to your account, you will need to contact the support team by email at email@example.com. /!\ Please contact them using the email associated to your account /!\
In your message, be sure to include the following information:
- Name of the game:
- Email associated to the account (if you have ever changed this email? If so, how many times? Which emails where used?
- If you have made bank payments using the account? If so, which payment method(s)?
For security reasons, the support team may ask you to provide further information about your account once you are in contact with them.
Please take into account the service hours of the Support Team: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CET
