[Support] Bank - [SMS+, ALLOPASS] The code I received is invalid. What should I do?

It is possible that the code you have been sent does not function properly.


First, do not panic. You paid for a code and you will be credited.


The code you received may have a problem.

In this case, you will need to contact Allopass seeing as they supply the codes.

By email at contact@allopass.com or by phone.




Do not forget to provide Allopass support with:


-The telephone number you used to send the text message

-The message you wrote in the text

-The number to which you sent the text

-The time and date you sent the message (try to be as precise as possible).

If Allopass’ response is that there is a problem with the game site, please include the requested information for the Beemoov Support team.
