I can't find it, where we can make the text of variant colors, (I mean not only read or blue). Because in some posts, I saw that others use different colors.

You do it the same way it's listed in the tutorial. You either use the color name or the hex code.
Code:
[color=#FF0000]Red text[/color]
[color=blue]Blue text[/color]
Examples:
I used the first example to create text of this color. The code I used was 6329D9.
Using the second example, I created this color text by typing deeppink instead of blue.
Just remember to not go overboard with it. Try to select colors that are still easy to read.

Whether you're centering regular text or a spoiler title, it works the same way.
This spoiler is centered.
