I just joined this site a few days ago and love it so far! After poking around the forums a bit I've finally decided to introduce myself.
So, where do I start? I'm 22 years old and I'm from the U.S. My hobbies include anime, manga, video games, and eating all sorts of different foods. I get bored eating the same food all the time, so I'm always looking for new stuff to try (even the weird stuff). Unfortunately, my cooking skills are less than stellar, so I can't actually make the food myself. Maybe one day.
I have two pets, a cat and a cockatiel. I've had my cat since she was born almost 13 years ago. I've only had my bird for 7 years, but he's almost as old as I am. I'd like to work with wild animals in the future, and I'm planning on volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center when I get the opportunity.
I'll just leave it at that for now. I've never been that great at introductions. I'm always willing to chat, so feel free to message me!

Welcome Kuhle! You seem very similar to me. I'm 23, live in the US. And just graduated college last December with a Wildlife and Fisheries Biology degree. I want to do wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, or be a Veterinary Assistant, which is what I am job hunting for at the moment. And I also love anime and some video games.

That sounds really great! I love animals as well, when I was a kid, my dad had this "ranch"-like place where we would have all kinds of animals, since he worked closely with farms (cattle medicine) he loved animals very much. Volunteering at an animal rehabilitation center sounds incredible!
