YES. Only on this most recent star did I have to click 7 times. All the others had been in one or two!

I've been waiting for the day reset at 5pm my time for years.

When the day resets, it's morning. If there's no star there, the page tells you something like, "Too bad, no one is here for now... Come back this afternoon maybe a star will be here!"

When I first started up an account, I struggled to afford all the stars that popped up in star ave. But now I try to get every single one.

Oh man, just tried to get a star and was wiped out. Probably took 6 attempts and I didn't even get the picture. RIP. I was tempted to spend $6 and get the 36,000 FD (I wouldn't be shocked if the game was programmed to encourage this spending) but honestly I've bought enough Halloweenland stuff and I don't like the star enough for that (it was Ravenna, I might have though!). And I want to dave my severance for Christmas.

I can relate. My HaloweenLand stocks are in full supply right now. I could keep going, but I've already got what I want. I'd just be wasting FD at this point.

I'm down to 9k and thinking of easing up and saving for Christmas, since there's really not a lot of time until then (less than 2 months). I'd like to get back up to 100k + if I'm lucky!

I can't remember how much daily FD you get at your level, but currently if I spend not a single FD between now and Christmas Day I will get 136,240FD. The trip will start a few days before Christmas I guess, but I'm not sure when, and FD will still accumulate whilst we're there.

Anyone whose fashionista currently gets about 1924 FD per day (just from job and boyfriend) and doesn't buy anything should be able to hit 100k by Christmas by my maths. That does mean not buying level items and not breaking up with your boyfriend before Christmas. Food, soap and pet food costs should be easily covered by doing the games that earn FD so that shouldn't make a dent in it.

Sorry for the off topic kind of comment here, I guess it fits the theme because we're all either broke from Halloween or deciding if we ought to stop buying Halloween stuff to save for Christmas.

And all new users should be aware that at Christmas time, you get to make a wishlist of things from Nineland (event items are not included) and you get everything on that wishlist! The amount of money you're able to spend is based on your days of play. So big spending for regular objectives should wait until Christmas!

Yup, I'm thinking 100k is pretty relistic from my level, given I buy very little. That being said, I will probably buy some things during that time. I get bored unless I can do some objectives here or there, and I don't want to miss important stars of course

I'm kind of surprised Halloweenland is still open. I was annoyed at myself to find that there were still 90 FD items I hadn't bought yet when I looked in the store! I'm posting here to remind myself to start with 90 FD items next year with objectives.

I haven't been booted from Halloweenland yet. In years past, I'm always very careful not go back home on/after the last day because I find that there's a little time where you can BE in Halloweenland but you aren't able to get there from the travel agency.

I'll be booted at 18:29 so I have a bit more time left.

My review of the trip: 8/10

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of new outfits we got.
The graveyard background was my favorite item. There were many other amazing items, most weren't something I personally want to use but I loved how other people use them. Also, we finally got double wings! I've been waiting for this for so long (but it sucks that there weren't any purely black ones).

The highlight of the trip were the new stars. I only wish we got Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas as well.

The new levels didn't offer anything of interest for me (besides the grabby hands item) but I've always felt that the Halloween levels aren't as great of a deal as the Christmas ones. So I'm just happy that we got them. This is a positive sign for the game.

And I was very pleased that I finally reached my goal of finishing all event levels and stars! This has been my main goal even since joining the game.
I feel like I've finally bought everything I want from the special trip stores as well and won the miss Halloween/Steampunk/Christmas contests so it feels like I was able to "complete" the events.

You know how when new stars used to be released, there'd be a free star you could get if you got all the pictures? Is that "free" star exclusive to users who got all the pictures needed in the period the new star was released? There's one Halloween star, Ravenna, who I've wanted who has remained elusive for years.

I wish I could advance levels in the Halloween Land but I'm stuck on 14 because I can't play the flash game that it wants me to
