✿ When are the Official Contests held?
Official Contests are held periodically. They are always announced in The Daily Fashionista and Official Contests sections of the forum.
✿ Are Official Contests single-round and/or non-edit only?
Rules/requirements for Official Contests vary. Please be sure to closely read the current contest's instructions.
✿ I've already won an Official Contest. Am I allowed to participate/win another?
Yes. All entries that follow Forum & Contest rules are considered.
✿ Who comes up with The Official Contests themes?
I do. It's my absolute pleasure to plan all the contests and host them.

✿ Editing ✿
Please Note:
If you use any item (pose, clothing item, accessory, etc…) from Nineland or anywhere else, acknowledgement of the original artist must be listed with your edit every time that edit is presented.

✿ What is an edited Fashionista?
Editing means you use an editing software to change something in the image you have. You actually changing the visual look of your doll to make a feature or item of clothing that isn't already available in Like A Fashionista.

✿ How much editing is allowed?
Please use the standard-style pose (you may, however, use the same changes that a non-edited post could have, such as the Seluna arm-type variation). Edited Fashionistas are to still be standard size (approx. 260x430). You may flip the image for your edited entry.
✿ Franken-Nines are allowed.
A Franken-Nines design is combining two or more items from Nineland to create an entirely different item/outfit.

✿ Who judges the Official Contests?
Official Contests are judged by the Administrators and Staff.
✿ Will you explain the ties?
Whenever you see a tie, the players received equal votes. The ties are listed alphabetically.
✿ Does center alignment matter?
No. Your entries are presented to the judges.
They don't see your center alignment, emoticons, or stylized font.
They don't even see your name. Each Fashionista is presented equally.
Don't add extra lines or spaces.

The chart above is not the only way prizes are awarded. While prizes are always given in Fashionista Dollars, sometimes, more than the prizes listed above may be given. The chart above is the least that will be given during a contest.

Prizes are added to accounts by Admin. As the Forum Moderator, I'm unable to do that.
