Thanks! I was curious to see if it would go over 9999, but all I really needed to do was look at MAG333's account in France. She has over 18,000 IQ.

What it did do for me (I hope) was to cut off the hundredth decimal place. Every several weeks, I would pick up an extra .01 IQ. Drove me crazy to have .01, .02, .03, etc. because I like things being tidy and none of the games GIVE that fraction. But so many bigger issues to worry about...

Like why some players who seem to have followed the guidelines for inclusion in the Decorating Contest still aren't seeing their rooms show up. 

I was super obsessed with IQ and challenges count at first but now I never do anything about it. I think I was paying attention to them so that I'd distract myself from obsessing over levels, events and so on since I didn't have much FD.

It sucks that the game started to go downhill just as I've collected all the stars I want and would have enough FD to finish all event quests this year. It's nice not to worry so much about saving FD. However, I wouldn't mind it at all if they add new expensive features to look forward to saving about, at least now I have a ton of clothes to play with.

So - how long do we think it'll be until Steampunk land appears?

I hope soon! We missed it back in August, so I guess it's going to be only a once a year thing now.  It would be a shame though because Steampunk City is my favorite for outfits and decor. 

Also, we still haven't heard back any word of the changes that were suppose to be coming.  We were suppose to get an announcement in March, and now April is almost over. To be honest, I've been quite worried about the future of LoF.  I hope whatever news we get will be some good news.

The way things are going...I don't think we'll get Steampunk soon.
The question is are they really preparing any big changes or are they just going to keep pretending that everything's normal.

Is anyone else still having issues with the star pictures display? Coz I retook a picture with one of the stars and neither the thumbnail nor the normal size pictures are showing.

Always check the Information and Reported Bugs section of the forum. This issue was posted there 5 days ago.

I was wondering if we would get Steampunk Land this year but remembering that it didn't come around in August actually gives me hope that we'll get it semi-soon. I can't imagine we'd go the whole year with Steampunk Land. I would obviously be disappointed if they opened it up without new content because that would look bad for the future of the game, but I would prefer they open it up with nothing than not opening it up at all. Doing the objectives in the themed lands is one of my favorite parts of the game. I LOVE exclusive clothing.

Me too!
My main goal since joining the game was to finish the travel objectives. I'm done with Christmas and China. Have 18 left from Halloween but unfortunately I haven't even started Steampunk. I do like the trip but not as much as the other 3.
Unless we get new regular levels before that, I'm definitely blowing my FD on the Steampunk quests this year.

I think it means users who miss that window don't get the present. Perhaps a reward for us who log in regularly.

I love the cat!!! It's so adorable!!! It's the best May Day present so far that I can remember.   

I'm sad that April has come and gone without Steampunk land.

May Day is a holiday in Europe, the UK, and North America on the first day of May. Usually it is celebrated with lots of flowers! Some people leave small gifts of flowers on the doors of their friends and neighbors to spread the joy of Spring. I believe this was our May Day gift with an extended window of time for those who can't get on every day. Fortunately, we can now buy other colors in Nineland. There is an orange kitty that looks just like my cat Tae Tae and I snatched him right up! So cute!

Same. Steampunk land is one of my faves. Even if we didn't get new outfits, just the option to go shopping there would be nice, like we have with Africa and Asia.

The May Day gift is adorable. A nice surprise and change from past May Day clothing items.

Oh I missed making this connection!

I'm not happy with the update. In a year or two, they'll just update us that they don't make enough money to keep the servers running and maybe they'll keep only the French one open for another 2 years with no updates and then they'll close the game
I can't believe they aren't trying anything to save the game, after all it's the first game Beemoov made. Who knows maybe they'd just keep it open forever with no updates for nostalgia's sake.

It's so frustrating how they haven't even tried to update the game by giving it a more modern dressing and adding features like fashion fights that would increase player engagement. The actual clothing on the site is so beautiful and detailed in a way that's really unique and I do believe there's a market for it but unfortunately everything else is not very good. I mean, we just have to accept the site for what it is at this point but it's a huge shame that it hasn't been better maintained.
